Many insurances cover acupuncture. Rates and payments depend on each company. If your insurance company is out of network with us, but you have a PPO or POS plan, you probably have coverage. To find out if you have acupuncture coverage under your plan, please submit this form. However, many insurance policies cover acupuncture care but this office makes no representation that yours does. Insurance policies vary greatly of deductible and percentage of coverage for acupuncture care. We require that you, the patient, be personally responsible for the payment of your deductibles, as well as any unpaid balances in this office. We will do our best to verify your insurance coverage, and will bill your insurance in a timely manner.

We also accept automobile insurance medical coverage (Med Pay). Med Pay pays 100% of necessary medical care for injuries sustained in automobile accidents, regardless of fault. Call your carrier to see if this benefit is included in your policy, or let us check for you.
Workers’ Compensation insurance covers 100% of necessary medical treatment for injuries resulting from one’s occupation (up to 24 visits for acupuncture, not including physical medicine). If you have an open Workers’ Comp claim, or believe that your condition arose as the result of your occupation, you may have benefits.
