Practitioner Philosophy:

Beth is passionate about healthy aging. Today we live longer because of advancements in modern medicine. However, whether we age well is largely dependent on our lifestyle. According to research, recommendations for healthy aging parallel Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. They both advocate for physical activity, a balanced diet, quality sleep, stress reduction and regular health maintenance. Beth empowers patients to proactively pursue a healthy lifestyle with a holistic model of care in order to promote the body’s own ability to heal and achieve optimal physical and emotional vitality as one ages.
